Often the best setup is PetalKube handling specialist AI or custom development that falls outside your team's bandwidth or expertise, while your team handles infrastructure and day-to-day maintenance. We can also build in a way that hands over cleanly to your internal team.

We listen. The first call is 30 minutes — no presentation, no pitch. We ask about your business, your team, your current process, and where you feel the most friction. We take notes, ask follow-up questions, and at the end we give you an honest first read: whether technology is the right fix, and what the rough shape of a solution might look like. No commitment needed from either side.

For most SME engagements, 1–2 calls over 1–2 weeks is enough to produce a clear proposal. For enterprise or more complex scopes, a formal discovery phase of 2–4 weeks may be needed — this is scoped and priced separately, and the output is a detailed requirements document and project plan.

It depends on scope. A focused tool or automation for an SME can be live in 4–8 weeks. A mid-size platform takes 3–5 months. A full enterprise solution with multiple modules can take 6–12 months. We define the timeline clearly in the proposal before any work begins, broken into milestones — so you always know exactly where we are and what is coming next.

Yes. Integration with existing enterprise systems is a standard part of many of our projects. We have worked with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business API, and various third-party APIs. We assess integration complexity during discovery and include it in the project scope.

We price based on scope and complexity, not on a generic rate card. Once we understand the problem fully, we provide a detailed proposal with a fixed project cost broken into milestones. For ongoing support and maintenance, we offer monthly retainer arrangements. We are transparent about pricing — no hidden fees, no scope creep without change orders.

We require a minimum of 40% payment before development begins. The remainder is tied to agreed milestones. Full payment is required before final delivery and handover. We do not start work without a signed agreement and the initial payment — this protects both parties.

Yes. Post-delivery, we offer ongoing support and maintenance retainers covering hosting management, bug fixes, security updates, and technical support. Retainer terms are agreed separately from the project. Many of our clients continue on a retainer to keep the system healthy and evolving as their business grows.

No. PetalKube does not accept equity in lieu of payment for development work. We build for cash, not shares. If you are an early-stage company with budget constraints, we are happy to discuss a phased payment plan tied to delivery milestones — but that must be structured and signed before work begins.

We work with clients across the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), India, and Ireland, with our core team in Calicut, India. We are open to working with businesses further afield — contact us and we can discuss.

Yes. Most of our engagement happens remotely — discovery calls, project management, demos, and delivery. For UAE-based clients, we can arrange in-person meetings in Dubai. For enterprise projects, we may schedule on-site visits during key phases like discovery and launch.

Yes. We build with UAE data residency requirements and applicable regulations in mind, including PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law) considerations for GCC markets. For healthcare or fintech projects with specific compliance requirements, we scope compliance as part of the discovery phase.
